Arium, one of the real estate development projects of RMA Holding, consists of 112 residences, social areas, and 2,000 m2 commercial space. As one of our real estate development projects, we undertook the construction project of the hotel in Aliağa, İzmir. Upon successful completion, RMA’s Tourism Group made it become a part of the world-famous Radisson Hotel chains. Caspian Plaza is a project we have developed that inclıdes public facilities and an underground and open car park, located on Polesskaya Street in Minsk. It consists of eight floors, two blocks with a close proximity to parks and recreation areas and the river. Facades of Caspian Plaza features energy-efficient glass.

Absheron commercial center, the second project of Azerbaijan-based family companies including RMA, was built in one of the newly developing districts of Minsk, the capital of Belarus. It is designed as a trade center with a leasable area of 11,045 m². Absheron became operational in 2019.
