The Sand&Salt story began when we fell in love with the
orange-pink sunset of Tilkicik Bay.
We have been wanting to raise a cocktail towards the sea, salt, sand and sunset in an environment with soul-nourishing music in the background and flavors created by chef Altuğ Tezer’s recipes on the menu for a long time. We chose every detail with the dream and enthusiasm of an “Aegean riviera” where we would want to thank everything that happens in life…

Our adventure started in Pera in 2015, and in 2017, as we continued the Veranda experience and tradition with all its magic on the sands of Alaçatı, we started to hear this question frequently: “Won’t you come to Bodrum?”
We would have come before, but neither Pera nor Alaçatı were only “branches” for us. They both had their own characters, spirits and colors from the day they opened. We were just waiting to catch this spirit in Bodrum.
And we found it. As soon as we saw our new place in Tilkicik Bay, on the pier, where the sun was setting and the light was shining, the answer to the question was given: “Hello Yalikavak, we are here with all our songs, entertainment and our chef kitchen by Altuğ Tezer. The Veranda tradition is now in Yalikavak!”
A brand new understanding of entertainment and eating and drinking in Yalikavak, Bodrum: RMA Holding participated in Birds, Moscow in brancjhing out into Turkey. Birds was launched in 2021 at Yalıkavak Marina offering a healthy and exquisite menu combining local and universal delicacy.
