We have been carrying out construction and contracting projects since the day we were founded. Our activities continue successfully with the aim of realizing projects that add value to the regions where they are located.
Arium Residence, one of the leading construction projects of RMA, is located in Kemerburgaz, in the heart of Istanbul. It has 112 residences, social and commercial areas and has privileged living spaces and comfortable facilities in a lush nature. The total construction area is 30,700 m2 with 20,200 m2 closed space.
The 11,000 m2 Yalıkavak Marina Island Extention Project is one of our construction projects in Bodrum, Turkey. RMA Holding’s construction arm completed the project in the summer of 2021 with the fit-out contracting works of 16 stores and restaurants comprising of 6500 m2 open and 500 m2 closed areas.
We started the construction project of the Radisson Aliağa hotel in İzmir with a construction area of 12.000 m2. The project was completed in June 2021.
Radisson Aliağa became one of the 1,423 Radissons in the world under RMA Holding and operates with the Radisson service approach and principles; With 185 Rooms, 3 Meeting Rooms, 6 Cubic Offices, Ballroom for 180 People, Spa Area, Fitness Center, Hazer Restaurant, Patisserie Lobby -Bar, and Starbucks, it maintains the world standards in accommodation. Radisson Aliağa İzmir was awarded with a 5-star becoming the first and only 5-star hotel in the North Aegean region of Turkey.
Gina Restaurant at Galataport, İstanbul was completed as a full sclae fit put project by RMA Construction which interior and exterior fit-out construction works of 300 m2 closed quarters and 200 m2 terrace area. The project was completed successfully in December 2021.
